• Description of issue: What is incorrect and what should be corrected.
• Supporting evidence: Links or sources that validate the correction (if available).

Clear and specific information helps us process requests more quickly and accurately.

• All correction requests are reviewed internally by the editorial team.
• Information is verified against reliable, independent sources before any update is made.
• If a correction affects a rating, the entire evaluation is re-checked, not just the individual detail.
• Verified corrections are applied within a reasonable timeframe and the page is updated accordingly.

Each request is assessed on its merits, and ViewGates may accept or decline corrections based on available evidence.

If a company or reader believes a ViewGates evaluation contains a factual error, they may submit a correction request with supporting evidence. Our editorial team re-checks the evaluation against independent sources.

Disagreement with a rating alone, without evidence of a factual error, is not sufficient grounds for change. All ratings are determined by our independent expert evaluation, as described in our Methodology.
